Executive Search Schedule
Our average time-to-fill is typically 90-120 days. Fill performance is a function of both LinkUp’ ability and client preparedness. The initiation of our executive search process frequently provides the capability to effectively determine individual timelines for the search.
Our Commitment
Placement Guarantee
We are happy to offer a placment guarantee if the selected candidate is released for performance related issues. The terms of the guarantee will depend on several factors but in any event will not be less than 3 months. We will conduct the replacement search for no additional retainer.
